{"provider_url": "https://www.domingosmartins.es.leg.br", "title": "Domingos Martins ter\u00e1 or\u00e7amento de R$ 196 milh\u00f5es em 2023", "html": "<p style=\"text-align: justify; \">O projeto de lei do Executivo Municipal que trata do or\u00e7amento geral do munic\u00edpio para o exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 2023 <strong><a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https://sapl.domingosmartins.es.leg.br/media/sapl/public/materialegislativa/2022/10404/n.49.2022.executivo_-_lei_orcamentaria_anual.pdf\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\">(PL 49/2022)</a></strong> foi sancionado pelo prefeito Wanzete Kruger em dezembro passado na forma da <strong><a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https://sapl.domingosmartins.es.leg.br/media/sapl/public/normajuridica/2022/7842/lei_municipal_3092.pdf\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\">Lei 3.092/2022</a></strong>, depois de ser aprovado pela c\u00e2mara em dois turnos de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, sem emendas.</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \">A LOA 2023 de Domingos Martins estima a Receita e fixa a Despesa em R$ 196 milh\u00f5es, incluindo-se as referentes aos Poderes Executivo (R$ 189,8 milh\u00f5es), Legislativo (R$ 6,1 milh\u00f5es) e as do Instituto de Previd\u00eancia - IPASDM (R$ 13 milh\u00f5es).</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \">As despesas foram assim detalhadas, por \u00f3rg\u00e3o:</p>\r\n<p><b>&gt;Poder Executivo .............................................................................................
